Most services are covered by OHIP with a valid health card and a referral from your doctor.

X-Ray

Fully digital X-ray for clear, detailed images of bones and internal structures — fast results for fractures, infections and more. Walk-ins welcome.

Safe, painless, radiation-free imaging in real time — abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, small parts and musculoskeletal. Female technicians available.

Low-dose mammography to detect changes in breast tissue early. We’re an Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP) site.

A quick, non-invasive DEXA scan measures bone mineral density to assess fracture risk and help prevent and monitor osteoporosis.

As an OBSP participant, we make regular breast cancer screening simple and stress-free — easy scheduling, short waits, and a comfortable environment. Eligible patients may be able to book without a doctor’s referral.

How to prepare for your visit

A little preparation keeps your appointment quick and smooth. Preparation varies by exam — call us if you’re unsure.

Bring your requisitionBring the referral from your doctor and a valid health card to every appointment.

Arrive 10–15 minutes earlyThis gives us time to check you in so your appointment starts on time.

Follow exam-specific prepSome scans need preparation — e.g. fasting before an abdominal ultrasound, or a full bladder for a pelvic ultrasound. (Add your clinic’s exact instructions.)

Tell us if you may be pregnantAlways let the technologist know before any X-ray or mammogram.

Questions, answered

The things patients ask reception most often.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?
A referral (requisition) from your doctor is required for most services. Eligible patients may be able to self-refer for OBSP breast screening — call us to confirm.
Is it covered by OHIP?
Most services are covered by OHIP with a valid health card. A few are not covered (for example, an Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor is $100, cash). Ask reception about any service you’re unsure of.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome for X-ray. Ultrasound, mammography, bone density and cardiovascular exams are by appointment.
How do I get my results?
Your images are reviewed by a radiologist and the report is sent to your referring doctor, who will discuss the results with you.
What are your hours?
We’re open 7 days: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–4pm, and Sunday 9am–3pm. Free parking is available on-site.
Are female technicians available?
Yes. Female technicians are available for ultrasound — let us know your preference when you book.
